Sophia Malyavina was born on the 26 of March 1982 in Togliatti.

Graduated from Togliatti academy of management in 2003. Main field of study: «Language and literature study» with specialization in public relations. In 2002 she successfully finished MBA course in Michigan Flint University. During study in Flint University Sophia received the highest marks in «Marketing» and «Operations management». From 2007 she has started her PhD program in Institute of Philosophy of Russian Academy of Science.

During 2002–2004 Sophie was a head of communication department in Togliatti academy of management. From 2003 till 2004 she worked in Agency of managerial technology (Moscow).

From 2004 till 2007 Sophie became a head of press-service of Ministry of industry and energy of Russian Federation. She was responsible for communicational support of federal industry politics. Also Sophie organized analytical and methodological support for Ministry’s key projects in energy sphere and supervised the work of official media of Ministry of industry and energy.

In 2006 and 2007 Sophia had given series of lectures in The Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. She developed and taught students of federal training program «State management of economic development» special course «The Role of media technologies in project management».

From October 2007 — adviser to the Minister of healthcare and social development of Russian Federation. Sophie manages informational policy in the sphere of healthcare and social development and communicational projects of mass blood donorship, pension system, social insurance and forming of healthy way of life.

In 2008 Sophie was awarded «Order of friendship» by the decree of President of Russian Federation.
