Prior to become one of the main creative guru of the Russian advertising market Igor Ganzha served as a military expert in electronics. Igor established his first advertising agency Pilot Media in 1994 in a tiny room under the staircase with the stuff of two. He came up with advertising campaigns for
Merñedes-Benz, Bosch, Sun Microsystems, IBS, Philip Morris, Optima, Electrolux and others. Igor is a proud owner of a hefty collection of various prizes from many advertising festivals.
Since 2002 Igor is employed in his own company lmh consulting as Strategic Director. He is the author of a non published yet but already widely quoted book «CreaCtive», where he calls not to be afraid of your own inability to come up with a new idea, but stresses that creative process is only a technology. For seven years he was the Chair of the Advertising Art Department of International Advertisinf Institute. Igor is the author of
master-classes and training seminars in advertising solutions technologies and systematic brand approach. He is an expert in development and implementation of strategic projects in marketing communications.
His latest clients for the last ten years are: RosBank, Detsky Mir network, Econica, KAMAZ", Sky Express, Depo Computers, Alfa Capital Partners, Rusal, BTA Bank.
